Some Brazilians will be eligible to obtain the eTA (Electronic Travel Authorization) online, for only CAD$7, in a simple and quick process.

Who can get an eTA visa?
Brazilians who have a valid tourist visa for the United States or who have already obtained a tourist visa for Canada in the last ten years can obtain a visa for Canada through the eTA.
If you meet these prerequisites, just apply for the eTA (Electronic Travel Authorization) to visit the country or make connections at Canadian airports.
Who cannot apply for a visa to Canada through the eTA?
Citizens who will study for more than six months in Canada, have not had a tourist visa for Canada in the last 10 years and do not have a tourist visa for the United States. These people will need to apply for a visa in the conventional way.
How does it work and how to get the eTA?
The eTA is valid for up to 5 years or until your passport expires, whichever comes first. It is valid for tourists who wish to visit the country for short periods (up to 6 months of travel), to visit, do business, transit through a Canadian airport and even study.
To obtain a visa through the eTA, you must enter the Government of Canada website, which is the only valid website where travelers can apply for the eTA. Caution: there are “fake” e-visa application websites that deceive tourists by being too similar to the official one.
On the official website, you will need your passport, a credit or debit card and an email address. You will need to fill in some details, swipe the card in the amount of CAD$7 and that's it, your visa can be approved in a matter of minutes.
